Settings section allows you to view and make changes when it comes to information such as:

Languages

You can set the programme’s interface language here.




Application skin

What if you accidentally or intentionally move some tiles in the main menu, or increase or decrease their appearance?

You can always use the tile “Restore default” to restore the previous default start-up screen.

Show menu bar

Simply select this option and you will see the traditional menu in the top toolbar, so that you can easily and quickly move to other sections available in the program. Select this option to hide the taskbar. It will be invisible then.

Show information about weight of items

Selecting this option will result in the presentation of weight of product in cart, offer and price estimate. You will also see the sum of weight of all products selected.


Prices

Hide wholesale price

If you don’t want your client to see a wholesale price, just select this option. Customer will see only the retail price then. You can also quickly hide the wholesale price using Ctrl+W keyboard shortcut

Show Your profit margin in adding item window

In the program you are able to recalculate prices. Prices ratios given in % can be changed using the + key or - key .

See an example below. If you add an item to cart or offer with zero multiplier, you will see the real price, without any markup.


If you set at this point any multipliers, the program will show a price in cart and offer different from a real one by the multiplier percentage settings.


The program shows that the product is more expensive until order is not sent - in the order confirmation you will see real price for the product (order confirmation is functionality for PL market only)

When you restart IC_Katalog, you will see a message about setting prices.




Price estimate

Use this data to print

Selecting this option and filling out the fields: the name of the workshop, address, e-mail, and the phone will result in showing that data in the printout of estimates.

Default manhour value

You use this option when you want to set manhour value for your services, eg. the exchange of blocks, washing upholstery, etc. Obviously the default rate can be changed manually preparing a particular estimate.

Additional multiplier for part price

This option changes the way of presenting the price to the customer in Price estimate section. You add here additional markup. This rate can be changed using the + key or - key .

When you select this option, price in the Price estimate will be higher than the real price by two multipliers, the multiplier set in PRICE tile, as well as the additional factor set in Price estimate tab.




Default Vat rate for a service

The program sets default tax rate to 20%, but you can of course change it for different countries.

Default part price for price estimate

Wholesale is set by default but it can of course be changed to retail if needed.



Peripherial devices


This tile determines which device is plugged to the computer for use of barcode scanning or AZTEC decoding functions (AZTEC decoding available for PL market only).

IC_Assistant devices


This tile shows a list of devices on which the IC_Assistant mobile application is installed.
