Helpdesk
Helpdesk is a tool for communication between Inter Cars and a garage It has several functionalities shown in the picture below:
Ask a technical question, Ask about the product and Report a catalogue data error are available only in the context of a particular product, so to use this forms of contact one first needs to find a particular product and next in the context menu (available after clicking the right mouse button on the item) choose suitable options:
Ask a technical question is available only from a catalogue search.
To send a query, select the type of a vehicle, locate the product dedicated for this vehicle in the catalog, click on the right mouse button and select the appropriate option from the menu "Helpdesk".
It can be used both in the full offer search as well as when searching parts for a dedicated vehicle.
In order to report index that is not on offer, you need to find the product in the catalog, right click on it and select the option Report “Not on offer”.
Sending a contact form is possible only after the complete form has been filled in - all fields. Information on the state of realization of the application in Inter Cars will be sent to a given e-mail address.
Depending on the language and region of the user the number of options provided in helpdesk might differ.
